Dr Nataliya Ilyushina is an Economist and a Research Fellow at the Blockchain Innovation Hub at RMIT University.

Dr Ilyushina investigates decentralised autonomous organisations (DAO) and automated decision-making, and their impact on labour markets, skills, human resources management and long-term staff wellbeing. Nataliya’s current research is focused on collecting data on employment, labour and human resources management characteristics in DAOs and Web3.

Nataliya has PhD in Economics from RMIT University. Her other qualifications include a Masters of Economics from Melbourne University, a double degree Masters of Professional Accounting and Commerce from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Economics from Moscow State University.
